Nrithyalaya Dance Academy is a premier dance school which imparts training in the classical Indian dance of Bharatanatyam. Its mission is to promote Bharatanatyam training, workshops, productions, for aspiring students. The training includes cultural, historical and mythological aspects of Indian classical Dance and is based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Nrithyalaya’s training in Bharatanatyam includes Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced and anybody can start as early as 5 years of age. Rashmi, founder and director of Nrithyalaya Dance Academy, emphasizes on quality, technique and aesthetics; and has a holistic approach to dance. She not only acts as a teacher but also a friend and a mentor to her students.
